By accessing and using CM Apartments Sousse's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Service

When using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to the following conditions:

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation
  • Reservation details must match the information of the person staying
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in with full refund
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable
  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. Prices are quoted in the currency specified for each property. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

Property Rules and Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect the property and treat it with care
  • Comply with check-in and check-out times
  • Not exceed the maximum number of guests specified
  • Follow all house rules provided by the property owner

Limitation of Liability

CM Apartments Sousse acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. We are not responsible for the accuracy of property descriptions, the condition of properties, or any issues arising during your stay. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
